The longest total eclipse of the sun in a century was seen over many parts of Asia yesterday. Traveler 2 (see June 2008 posts of our travels in Scotland) and Traveler 2+1 (her husband) are lucky enough to live in a part of the world where the eclipse could be seen. They took these photos. Please note that the photos were taken using a very risky technique and this should never be tried at home without proper preparation and equipment. You should never look directly at the sun nor should you ever look directly at the sun through your camera.
